NOVAPLAST® ULTRA

NOVAPLAST® ULTRA prevents plastic parts from sticking to moulds and tools. It is universally applicable in plastic processing by injection moulding, casting, pressing and vacuum forming. Excellent results are achieved especially with polyester, vinyl ester, acrylic and other resins, EVA, PVA, rubber, etc. The coating can withstand many cycles.

Shake the container well. The surface must be perfectly clean and dry before application. You can use PL 1 or PL 2 products for cleaning.

For best results, two thin coats of NOVAPLAST® ULTRA are optimal; after the first coat, heat the mould briefly to approx. 100 °C to evaporate the carrier solvent; after the second coat, heat the mould to operating temperature for approx. 5 min.

NOVAPLAST® ULTRA can also be applied cold, during the heat-up, at operating temperature and between operations. The separation film can last for several months. Parts can be subsequently printed or repainted, no cleaning is required.
