Disconnect the device and discharge all fillings, rinse with water. To clean heat exchangers, prepare a sufficient quantity of the K3® solution - the recommended dilution ratio is 10 - 30 % (1 - 3 kg of K3® per 10 l of water). Warm the solution up to 45 - 55 °C and let it circulate for about 10 - 15 minutes, check the pH continuously maintaining it within the interval of 1.5 - 2.0 by adding more K3® (for the period of 1 - 2 hours). After having cleaned the device and removed the scale, rinse the whole system with NOVALON 2000 product (dilution: 1:5 with water) and then with clean water so that the pH value of the discharged solution should correspond to pH of clean water. Then you can connect the exchanger back to the circuit, or you can preserve it and put it out of action.
