Cleaning the machine tool

Applying Novalon 2000 SP to the machine tool, the dirt dissolves and flows down after spraying.

Afterwards wiped off with a cloth only. Novalon 2000 SP is also used to wash the inside of the machine tool, including the glass. The dirt was very easy to clean.

The glass was then treated with OV 1 PLAST, which created a protective layer with a hydrophobic effect on the glass surface. It prevents the deposition of droplets of machining fluid and water. At the same time, small scratches are smoothed out and the glass becomes more transparent.
